Marsh Grocery Store - 12 Acre Commercial Retail - Pendleton, Indiana The owners of this commercial project desired an “increased presence” for the proposed grocery store. Given the owner's schedule for an opening date, available time associated with plan development was extremely limited. Remenschneider Associates successfully met the owner's deadline and their desire to maximize the new facility's presence in the Pendleton Market by collaborating and negotiating respectively with the project engineer and town planning director. |
